Makes 2 Servings.
Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder or your favourite protein powder

¼ cup egg whites

1/2 banana, mashed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon flax seed
Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Pour about ¼ cup of batter into a pan that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray and heat on medium.

Cook one side until you see the little bubbles, just like cooking any pancake.

Flip over carefully, and cook on the other side until the middle is done. Peek inside with a fork to check the middle.
Blueberry Pancakes: Add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries after the above ingredients are mixed together.
Optional: Top with two sliced strawberries and powdered stevia.
Enjoy your protein pancakes! If you need more carbohydrates, you may add 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
